Numerical study of Rayleigh wave interaction with wedge geometry

چکیده
This article aims to study the interaction of Rayleigh or surface wave with a varying angled wedge using numerical simulations. work uses tools understand this complex problem and fills some existing gaps such as influence frequency geometry (curved vs. sharp transition). Quantitative analysis was carried out by calculating transmission reflection coefficients, qualitative used displacement vector plots scattering mode conversion phenomenon. The results suggest strong dependence coefficients on transition, which has not been reported before in literature.
